How to order~Placing an order online

Placing an order with us is safe, straightforward and simple via our secure server. The first thing you will need is a Credit or Debit card - we accept Visa, Master Card, Delta, Maestro and Solo. Then all you need to do is choose which items you'd like to buy from our online store and click the 'order' button

Checkout

You’ve chosen the items you’d like to buy and they are in your basket. Now you can go and pay for them. After you have clicked the ‘Checkout’ button, you’ll be presented with a screen that lists all the items you’ve put in your basket. Now is the time to double-check that you’ve got the right items. Have you got the right amount? Have you forgotten something you’d like to add

Swiping your card 'virtually'

OK, you’ve checked your order so now enter your address details. Once you have checked that all the details are correct, simply click the ‘Send Order’ button to be transferred to our secure server, where you will be asked for your card details. Your card will be debited the amount that was shown on screen and an E-mail sent to you to confirm the transaction. Congratulations, your order will be with you very shortly!!

Despatch and Delivery of your order

We endeavour to despatch all orders placed before 4:00pm (Monday – Friday) within 48 hours of receiving the order, subject to stock availability and security checks. Orders placed outside this time will be processed the following working day. During peak seasonal demand there may be a slight delay in the despatch of your order, so please allow extra time for delivery.Orders are usually despatched within 48 hours so you should normally expect delivery within 5-7 working days. All orders delivered to UK addresses are despatched via Royal Mail First Class or a 24hr courier service. Please note that our couriers do not deliver at weekends. For some products the delivery charges are fixed and for others, the charges are calculated at the time of ordering..

Please allow extra delivery time for Scottish Highlands & Islands or Northern Ireland.

Delivery to International Addresses

All orders to International addresses are normally delivered using international courier services. You can expect to receive your items within 7 - 14 working days after you have placed your order.

Overseas Orders

Please note that when you pay with a credit or debit card, you will be charged in Pounds Sterling and your card will be debited in your own currency. The actual exchange rate used for the transaction (and thus the final amount in your local currency) will be determined by your credit card company.

Returns and Refunds

We have a simple but comprehensive returns and refunds policy which means that most queries can be resolved quickly and easily. We believe that you will be delighted with your product but there may be occasions where you feel it necessary to return an item. We aim to keep the process as simple as possible. These terms do not affect your statutory rights.If you return the product (in its original condition with all packaging and instruction manuals included and intact) within 7 days of the date on which you received it, we will refund you any money that you paid us for that product. All you pay is the return postage or carriage charges for the goods. Please contact us by telephone on (01892) 862353 or by e-mail at sales@audiotoyz.co.uk and we will allocate you a Returns Code that must be included with the package. We usually ask that you send items back to us via Royal Mail First Class (Recorded, Singed For), but occasionally items may have to be picked up by a courier service. Please obtain a proof of posting certificate from your Post Office or call us so that we can arrange a date and time for the collection..

Faulty Goods

If you return an item to us which is faulty, which you did not order of for any other reason which is our fault, please contact us by telephone on (01892) 862353 or by e-mail at sales@audiotoyz.co.uk and we will arrange a refund or replacement. In the event of you returning goods to us because of a fault, we will also pay the cost of the return postage. In this event, please contact us first and we will allocate you a Refund Code (which must be included with the package) and we will also advise you how and where to send the item back to us. We usually ask that you send items back to us via Royal Mail First Class (Recorded), but occasionally items may have to be picked up by a courier service. Please obtain a proof of posting certificate from your Post Office to enable us to process the refund for your return postage costs.You will be responsible for the item or items until they reach us. For your own protection, we suggest that you use a secure delivery method that requires a signature upon delivery such as Royal Mail First Class (Recorded Delivery)..
