True Grit is a switchable low gain or high gain overdrive device. The BOOST footswitch control will toggle the device between low and high settings. The Grit knob controls the upper midrange harmonics of the device and is best at very low or very high and gives the pedal extreme versatility.

Has a great mid range honk, also on the low setting is great for fattening up a Strat or weak pickup guitars. The tone controls Bass and Treble have enough range that you can dial in a tone on any amp. There is an ON/OFF switch and BOOST/NORMAL switch for high and low gain settings. COOL! The Zinky Master Blaster is designed for use with all styles of guitar playing, is extremely quiet in operation, has a highly versatile tone control, and can be plugged directly into a variety of amplifiers. Master Blaster can ad up to 9dB of clean volume to an amp without colouring the tone in ANY way at all.

The Master Blaster can also be set to add a treble ‘shimmer’ to the tone, or conversely, to ‘warm up’ an overly bright tone.

The Master Blaster includes separate tone and volume controls, and a true bypass footswitch for on/off operation, all powered by a 9V battery or 9V power adapter. The Master Blaster’s electronics are housed in a rugged brushed stainless steel case with eye-catching graphics and a dazzling blue LED.

The Zinky Velveteen is a single-ended (single output tube) amplifier with a simple tube preamp that is perfect for getting classic clean and overdriven sounds, especially when you turn it up.

The Zinky Velveteen is a single-ended (single output tube) amplifier with a simple tube preamp that is perfect for getting classic clean and overdriven sounds, especially when you turn it up.

Single-ended amplifiers give a raw distorted tone, but they are typically low power, around 6 Watts or fewer. Not so with Velveteen. The 5881/6L6 tube (run at high voltage) puts out almost 15 Watts before distortion, and over 20 Watts when overdriven. The Velveteen’s Gain control takes you from crystal clear to raw and raucous.

The Volume, when turned up, will bring on true power tube overdrive, and Tone is a wide ranging control that allows you to set the perfect balance between dark and bright. The speaker is a Zinky 12” “Vintage” type. There’s no effects loop, channel switching, reverb or any other frills, just classic USA tube tone.
